    Network Directions announces new On-line Customer Support Portal

    We are please to announce our new on-line support support portal and knowledgebase as part of our continued committment to improved service to our customers.

    Our new on-line portal allows customers to open a trouble ticket and track the status of open issues 24x7. The new support option allows users to conveniently report non-critical issues and questions and provides a fast and easy way to check the status of open tickets.

    Also available to our customers is the new on-line knowledgebase. The knowledgebase allows users to search all past and current trouble tickets. This provides easy access to problem resolutions, known issues, and technician's notes.

    Improved customer service, easier access to information and solutions, faster problem resolution. We are committed to these principals and are proud of our new offerings.       Anti-Virus Activity & Definitions
      Now supports Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows 2000/XP/2003 5.0, McAfee® VirusScan® Enterprise 8.0i, and Symantec® Antivirus® Corporate Edition 10.0.
      Backup Exec Job Discovery & Service
      Job discovery tasks can now be set to scan a device and locate all of the Veritas™ Backup Exec™ jobs on the device.
      Cisco VoIP Services Dashboard
      The Cisco VoIP Services (CCM services) dashboard has been added as system dashboard to allow you to view the status of the services monitoring the availability and performance of the IP telephony devices.
      Generic ODBC Service
      The new Generic ODBC service has been added to monitor the results of any query sent to an MS SQL or PostgreSQL database using Open Database Connectivity (ODBC).
      Web Transaction Services
      The new Web Transaction Service has been added and uses the HTTP and HTTPS protocols to monitor the specific content on a Web site by searching for a matching regular expression.
      New System Services
      Many former custom services are now available by default. The services include: Active Directory, APC UPS, Connections (Cisco Pix), CPU (Cisco), Fan (Dell), Fan (HP), File Size, FW-Chk Point, Disk Queue Length, Generic String (SNMP), Logical Drive (Dell), Memory (Cisco), Paper Supply Level, Power Supply (Dell), Power Supply (HP), Printer Page Count, Printer Toner Level, RAID Status, Server Temp (Dell), Server Temp (HP), SMTP Queues, and sixteen CCM (Cisco CallManager) Services.
